Keneally played in Frank Zappa’s last touring band, performing as a vocalist, guitarist and keyboardist. He’s appeared on many Zappa albums, is currently a touring member of both the Joe Satriani band and Dethklok, and has also recorded or performed with Steve Vai, Chickenfoot, Robert Fripp, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, Wayne Kramer, Kevin Gilbert, Solomon Burke, Bear McCreary, Henry Kaiser, Michael Manring, Mullmuzzler, The Persuasions and countless others.
Gregg Bendian is a percussionist/composer well-known for his innovative and varied musical output. Gregg has collaborated with some of the strongest personalities in jazz, rock and classical music, including Pat Metheny, Todd Rundgren, Jan Hammer, Cecil Taylor, Ornette Coleman, John Zorn, Gavin Bryars, Evan Parker, Zoot Horn Rollo, Nels Cline, and Derek Bailey. Gregg is founder/drummer of The Mahavishnu Project, and in addition to his work as an archival consultant and producer for SONY/Legacy and The Bottom Line Archive, Gregg is an adjunct faculty member at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where he develops curricula and teaches music production, composition and arranging.
Virtuoso bassist Doug Lunn is best known for his work with some of the world’s best groups and musicians; the Fire Merchants, composer Mark Isham, guitarists David Torn, Andy Summers of the Police, the Out Trio, drummer Chad Wackerman plus many others. Lunn’s latest release, “The Doug Lunn Project” is a collection of music composed, arranged, produced and performed by Lunn, featuring the mallet work of George Bernardo, drummer Vinnie Colaiuta, guitarists Peter Maunu, Mike Keneally and Dmitri Mahlis. The music draws on a wide range of influences including Zappa, Miles, Stravinski, Coltrane, Stockhausen, Eno, Zawinul, McLaughlin, and many more.
